In the middle of the baroque park of Samuel von Brukenthal’s summer residence, modern rooms, VIP rooms and a suite in the Orangery have been arranged for you. If you’re arriving by car, there’s a parking space right behind the Orangerie. The highlight of the property is the baroque palace. It stands on a terrace 12 meters high above the Olt Valley, at the highest point of Freck (Avrig). The ensemble consists of a three-winged main building, which is connected by two annexes.

If you are in the Sibiu area, 30 km from the city center go to Avrig, more precisely to the Brukenthal Palace Avrig which also owns the location Corabia Piratilor Beach Club, the ideal place where you can come as a simple visitor or tourist passing through. The club is located within the baroque domain and is available to everyone, you don’t necessarily have to be a guest of the residence.

The Pirate’s Ship Beach Club offers two heated swimming pools, sun loungers and canopies, fine sand and a relaxation area with bar. The main attraction is the ship, sculpted in natural size, which can be visited inside and where children’s parties can be organized. It also offers accommodation with furnished rooms, ideal for those who want to spend more time in this special setting.
