“Artisan Market – Slow Food & Gourmet Hub”, inspired by the concept of Slow Food International’s Earth Market, has attracted over 7,000 visitors in its first three editions since 2023. The fair is also one of the first fairs in Romania to emphasize recycled materials. It is also in line with the community’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Exhibitor feedback:
“We have visited many fairs in Bucharest in recent years, but this one was by far the best. It’s great to see the collaboration and connections that have been made. Congratulations to everyone involved” (Melinis – producer of raw fruit honey)
“It was a real success and an innovation for Buzău and beyond” (One Beer later – craft beer producer)
It was also an extraordinary experience for visitors to the Slow Food & Gourmet Hub
Visitor feedback:
“First class atmosphere! I would like to know more about the organized events.”
“Congratulations! While in the center of Buzău there are saorma, vata on the spit and kurtos-kalacs, towards the mountains, where the air is cleaner and the world is more serene, there are also such gastronomic oases.”
“I think it’s very nice. It’s original, authentic, with lots of greenery. There’s enough space, it’s discreet. It’s “exquisite”, I think that’s the right word, with new things that haven’t been done in Buzău before.”
“It was a great experience! High quality food, a fabulous playlist, great people and wonderful local producers. Don’t miss the next event!”
“I was there today and was pleasantly surprised by the chic and bohemian venue as well as the delicious food. I also had a cheesecake with a crazy cream from Catina. Oh, and I was happy to see Charlie Otlley too…albeit from a distance…..Savuros!”
